Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Nishitetsu exceeded all expectations, starting with its unbeatable location in the vibrant Harimaya business center, allowing easy exploration of the city through various transport options. The room, though slightly larger than typical Japanese hotels, was impeccably appointed and offered a level of comfort that was truly exceptional. The convenience of the vertical garage made parking effortless, while the friendly and helpful front desk staff ensured a seamless check-in experience. What truly set Nishitetsu apart was the attention to detail, from the spacious and well-decorated lobby to the thoughtful amenities like free coffee, basic toiletries, and even umbrellas for guests during rainy days. The connection to a Lawson Station convenience store via a side door was a game-changer, providing easy access to a diverse range of food that catered to both Japanese and Western tastes. The added bonus of a free rental cell phone for guest use in the room further demonstrated the hotel's commitment to enhancing guest experience. Nishitetsu impressed with its exceptional service, convenient facilities, and thoughtful touches that made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the heart of the city.
